Emily and Kolby met in June of 2021 at a lake day with friends, which has now become one of their favorite ways to spend their time! Emily and Kolby had mutual friends who brought them together while Kolby was still in Lincoln going to school. He would drive up to Omaha every weekend to see Emily, and then ended up moving back to Omaha, and the rest is history!

Kolby pulled off the most perfect proposal by completely surprising Emily, which is very hard to do! They spent their engagement surrounded by friends and family, which describes them to a tee. Emily and Kolby enjoy spending time with their loved ones, and they cannot wait to have everyone there to celebrate with them on the big day!
